Here’s a guy after my own heart… He likes fishing. I’m not much of a fisherman, but apparently it doesn’t take much to snag a meal. Here’s a foam raft, some old nets, and rice bags… not much in terms of gear or a boat.

I posted this about a week to soon, but here’s a repost of an ethereal figure cross the tracks one foggy morning.
The turbulent Yellow Stone River carves through the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. In a sort of tribute to Ansel Adams, I processed this shot in an attempt to capture the ascetic he made popular.
I’ve been playing with cyanotypes too, so I figured I’d combine these two into one image, and here’s the finished product.
Here’s a juxtaposition of sort… well maybe not too much, but there’s some contrast here to say the least.
I’m not overtly thrilled with the composition of this image it’s probably not that breath taking, but it was from one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever been that was simply breathtaking.
